Going to court is something TUC has to make a decission on.

Not many people who blog believe in Copyrights, (atlease i don’t) also there is nothing wrong that Vaartha has used the photos and it doesn’t mean that you have the authority to publish as if you own them. As the post mentions its a collective effort made by many reknown photographers, it’s a debate on ethics and not to check whether “ఎవడబ్బ సొత్తూ కాదని” ?

Seems like this is ‘Vaartha’ editor Mr. Gudipatis email ID gudipati24[at]gmail[dot]com if anyone wants to write to him too !

Going to court is not a clever idea. First of all, we are all Telangana People, who are working for the same cause, whereever we are. And the Main thing is Vartha Cover Story is promoting the Teleangala Culture, and with asprirations of the region. And another one is we were focussed by a Main Stream Media. It is appreciable, and I think Vartha always feel concern about Telanga issues.

అమలుకాని హక్కులు ఉనికిలో లేనట్లే. అమలు జరపాలంటే సాంకేతికత తోడవ్వాలి. కాపీకొట్టకుండా నిరోధించే సాంకేతికత మన దగ్గర లేనప్పుడు మనం ఆ విధమైన కాపీకొట్టుడుని పరోక్షంగా అనుమతిస్తున్నట్లే. అటువంటప్పుడు మనం అంతర్జాలంలో ఫోటోలూ వగైరా పెట్టకూడదు. పెట్టి బాధపడకూడదు.

నేను వ్యక్తిగతంగా కాపీరైట్లు పేటెంట్ల లాంటి భావనలకు వ్యతిరేకిని. ఏదీ ఎవడబ్బ సొత్తూ కాదని నమ్మేవాణ్ణి. అందరమూ వినియోగదారులమే. ఎవరమూ సృష్టికర్తలం కాదు.

Vaartha was once neck-to-neck with Eenadu in terms of popularity.
But, they are slowly loosing ground as their internet edition also flopped.

We can take this matter to Mr. Tankashala Ashok, Mr. Damarla Saibaba or even to the Sanghi’s.

I agree.

It is not acceptable to take the work of an artist or a writer/poet and use it in any manner without consent. Asking Vaartha editor to acknowledge it (along with any remuneration that is a normal part of such usage) would be the best thing to do. Artists and writers need to support themselves too, with their creativity. It helps to nurture the talent that way.

I would expect Vaartha guys to pay & acknowledge.

Also, please indicate a copyright notice on all these websites — so that they can be credited correctly, atleast upon bringing it to the notice of fellow webmasters/owners.
