Spirit of Telangana 2007 Calendar Release function by Utsav Committee was held on January 7th at YMCA, Narayanaguda at Hyderabad. It is a memorable event for all those who took part in the program. People from different walks of life came to share the joy of Telangana Spirit. Socialist leaders to social work activists from several districts, students to teaching community joined the event. It was great to have the participation of women in good number from not only Hyderabad city but also from districts. It is very encouraging for all of us. It was a great meeting as it brought together several old friends of college days.

Now Hyderabad skies have stars by night and colorful birds by day. Birds with long tails, dancing fearless. Birds in graceful flight
Mention of Sankranthi, rings bells of Patang (kites). The colourful muggula (Rangoli) floors come to mind, scores of women giving their heart to great works of art. Everyday a new expression, a new smile of the world glued on the floor. As the festival is approaching, challenging girls wish to claim the whole floor from one end to the other to make large or largest muggulu. Riot of colours

కరీంనగర్ ప్రజల తీర్పు చారిత్రాత్మకం, పరిణితి చెందిన వ్యూహాత్మక రాజకీయ చతురతకు నిదర్శనం, మహోన్నత ప్రజాస్వామిక చైతన్యానికి ప్రతీక, మూడున్నర కోట్ల తెలంగాణా ప్రజల చిరకాల సజీవ ఆకాంక్షను కరీంనగర్ ప్రజల గొంతుతో ఎలుగెత్తి చాటిన తరుణం, తెలంగాణా ప్రజల ఆత్మ గౌరవాన్ని హిమాలయ శిఖరోన్నతంగా నిలిపిన ఆనంద సమయం, దుష్ప్రచారాలను, విపరీత ప్రలోభాలను, రకరకాల అధికార దుర్వినియోగ ఆటంకాలను నిశ్చలమైన మనోస్ధైర్యంతో ఎదుర్కొని కపట సమైక్యతా భావాన్ని, బూటకపు అభివృద్ధి నినాదాన్ని కాలదన్ని స్వరాష్ట్ర వాంఛను, స్వపరిపాలన ఇచ్చను భారతావనికంతా వెదజల్లిన పరిమళం, పార్టీలు, జెండాలు పక్కనబెట్టి తెలంగాణా ప్రజలు ముక్త కంఠంతో తమ ఆకాంక్షను, ఆశయాన్ని నినదించిన తీరు అద్భుతం, అమోఘం, అద్వితీయం, చరిత్రలో సువర్ణాక్షరాలతో లిఖించదగ్గ శిలాశాసనం, రాజకీయాల్లో చెప్పేదొకటి చేసేదొకటైతే ప్రజలు నిర్విదంగా తిరస్కరిస్తారని రాజకీయ పార్టీలన్నింటికి నేర్పిన గుణపాఠం, తెలంగాణా ప్రజలు కొత్త దిశకు ఆహ్వానం పలుకుతున్న వైనం, “ఆంధ్రదేశం విచ్ఛిన్నమస్తు తెలంగాణా రాష్ట్రం ప్రాప్తిరస్తు” అంటూ ఇచ్చిన ప్రజాదీవెన. ఎవరికిష్టమున్నా లేకున్నా, ఎవరు వ్యతిరేకించినా సమర్ధించినా ఇకపైన “తెలంగాణా వాదమే” రాష్ట్రంలోని అన్ని రాజకీయ పార్టీల వైఖరికి నిర్ణాయకాంశం కాబోతున్నదనేది అక్షర సత్యం. ఇదీ కరీంనగర్ ప్రజల తీర్పు విశిష్ఠత.
